What is a meditation room?
By Forinfos - 16/05/2025 - 0 comments
A meditation room is a fixed area of a property dedicated to the practice of meditation. It is an enclosed area that is free of all external distractions, such as excessive noise, light or heat.
A person practicing the art of meditation develops the skills required to meditate regardless of the location or any external stimuli. A novice practitioner of meditation, however, requires a calming environment to learn how to meditate properly, which is about being truly present at that moment in time. A meditation room does not have specific dimensions, so any spare or small room is adequate for this purpose.
