What is the method for removing Play-Doh from clothing?

Play-Doh can usually be removed by simply running it through a laundry cycle. It should be washed quickly to prevent staining.

Play-Doh is not hard to remove from fabric as long as the fabric can be washed. If not, a dry cleaner may be needed.

1. Remove the Play-Doh
Try to scrape off as much Play-Doh from the clothing as possible.
2. Pre-treat the area
Use a liquid laundry detergent as a pre-treater. Apply the detergent to the area and let it sit for a few minutes.
3. Soak the garment
Begin the wash cycle and stop it before the first rinse cycle. Allow it to sit for about 15 minutes in the soapy water.
4. Finish washing
After the clothing has soaked, start the machine and finish the cycle. If the stain is still there, repeat the steps.
