Which methods of payment are accepted by Pacific Gas and Electric Company?

As of 2015, The Pacific Gas and Electric Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, debit or bank account transfers for payments made over the phone at 877-704-8470. Checks are accepted via mail, and bank, Visa, MasterCard and debit payments are accepted though the company's online payment system.

Mailed payments should be sent to PG&E, PO Box 997300, Sacramento, CA 95899-7300. At PGE.com, customers can use the Pay in Person Locator tool to find authorized Neighborhood Payment Centers that accept payments. PGE Neighborhood Payment Centers accept cash, checks, cashier's checks and money orders.

Convenience fees apply to payments made through the online EZ Pay system and the Pay by Phone system.
