Which MetroPCS program lets you use unlocked GSM phones?

The MetroPCS Bring Your Own Phone program allows users of unlocked GSM phones to purchase the same unlimited no-contract service plans as owners of MetroPCS phones. Purchase of a MetroPCS SIM card for the unlocked GSM phone is required. The plan may not be available in all MetroPCS coverage areas.

The program is available for iPhones, Androids and Windows model phones, but is not available for Blackberry, tablets and hot spot devices, as of 2013. MetroPCS launched the program after its merger with T-Mobile, which allowed it access to T-Mobile's network for GSM services. MetroPCS networks are CDMA only and can't service GSM phones.
