Does Microsoft offer free trials of its products to students?

As of 2015, Microsoft offers free trials of its Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote applications to students. To sign up for a free trial, go to Products.Office.com and click on the Office for Students link located in the bottom portion of the Web page.

Students must submit a valid school email address to download the Office 365 Education program. In addition, students must be actively enrolled as a part-time or full-time student to continue using the software. Installing Office 365 requires a Mac or Windows PC that meets the minimum system requirements.
