When might it be appropriate to send words of thanks to a pastor?

Words of thanks can be sent to your pastor anytime throughout the week. Pastors enjoy receiving words of thanks, and even though they are extremely busy, a letter or an email is a great way to thank them so that they can read your note on their own time schedule.
While pastors appreciate words of thanks for the special occasions when they serve you, they also appreciate hearing words of thanks for the responsibilities they perform on a weekly basis. Remember that your pastors carry great responsibility to pray for you, serve you, and love you and your family while leading and serving their own family simultaneously.
