What is MLP?

The acronym "MLP" stands for My Little Pony, which is a product and franchise owned by Hasbro Industries. The franchise initially began with a collection of small horse figurines and has since expanded to include other products and a television show called "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic."

Although My Little Pony toys have changed over time, some aspects have remained the same. Each pony has a brightly colored mane or tail and a symbol called a "cutie mark." The product was introduced in 1983 and achieved moderate success among consumers. The popularity of the franchise increased dramatically after "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic" debuted.
