What are some of the modern-day traditions of Hinduism?

Some of the modern-day traditions of Hinduism include regular traditional prayer at home, personal traditions created by individual families, reading traditional literature and continuing to create traditional architectural buildings. One problem that Hindus have seen in the modern age, however, is that children are beginning to question many aspects of the faith.

Children have started to question the Hindu tradition of paying priests in order to officiate services. Some Hindus believe that the children will bring Hinduism into the modern age without giving up their Hindu faith while others believe that the new generation of children will abandon Hinduism altogether in favor of the more western images that they see in the media.
