As of May 2015, Mollie Busta Lange is married to her band partner Ted Lange. She does not always use her full legal name on television or at performances, leading to some confusion about her marital status.

Mollie and husband Ted play together at polka festivals as the band Squeezebox, and Molly has her own polka show on RFD-TV, where her husband works as a creative director and has appeared on her show. They were engaged to be married when the show began in 2011, which may be why she doesn?t use her full last name on the show. Mollie also performs with her father's band, the Jim Busta Band.
