How do you move left one word with a keyboard press?

To move one word to the left using the keyboard, depress the CTRL key and press the LEFT ARROW key. To move one word to the right, depress the CTRL key and press the RIGHT ARROW key.

Additionally, the same keystroke combinations can be used in conjunction with the SHIFT key to highlight text one word at a time rather than one character at a time. This can be very useful when wanting to select or highlight larger amounts of text quickly. It must be noted that if there is a space between words, the keystroke combination will first move across the space before moving across the word.
