William "Refrigerator" Perry, the former defensive lineman for the Chicago Bears, weighed 350 pounds while an active player. Perry was a first-round pick for the Bears in 1985 and helped the team win Super Bowl XX in his rookie season.
Besides starring as a defensive lineman, "Refrigerator" Perry was also utilized as a short-yardage runner and receiver. Perry was sometimes deployed in the backfield as a blocker for Chicago's Hall-of-Fame running back Walter Payton. He scored three touchdowns in his rookie season, one on a 4-yard pass against the Green Bay Packers. Perry played college football at Clemson University and was recognized as an All-American.
