How much do Medco refills cost?

Medco prescription refill costs vary depending on the medication being prescribed states ExpressScripts, formerly known as Medco. Medication prices also vary by insurance plan as each insurance plan provides different discounted rates depending on the individual medication type. A standard cost for refills is not listed.

Once logged a member can select "price a medication" from the top navigation bar under Manage Prescription to get a price for an individual medication, states the Express Scripts website. For additional assistance with a specific refill cost, members can call Patient Customer Service at the number on the Medco/Express Scripts prescription ID card or call 1-800-282-2881.
