How much money was stolen by the owners of Angel Food Ministries?

According to the FBI website, the owners of Angel Food Ministries stole $1,482,035.50 from the Angel Food Ministries to pay themselves bonuses in that amount. The defendants Joe Wingo, Harry Michaels, Linda Wingo and Andy Wingo were charged with committing theft from an organization receiving money from federal funds.

The authorities filed a 49-count indictment against the founders of Angel Food Ministries in 2011. The four members of the organization used the near 1.5 million dollars to buy jewelry, clothes, a classic car, sporting goods and put down a payment for a jet aircraft. The first FBI investigation at the offices of Angel Food Ministers took place in 2009.
