When is the Mustang 50th anniversary event?

The Mustang 50th anniversary event was held from April 16 to 20, 2014, in Las Vegas and Charlotte. The event comprised of twin events held in different cities concurrently.

Ford Mustang celebrated the 50th anniversary by holding dual celebrations simultaneously at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina, and the Las Vegas Speedway in Las Vegas, Nevada. A “kickoff party” was hosted at the Oklahoma Mustang Club and was followed by Pony Drive cruises on speedways. Some of the featured activities at the event included hot laps, drag racing, road course action, Mustang cruises, open track time, and Ford ride and drive. An event guide listed the important information for the activities.
