Where is Myrtle Manor?

Myrtle Manor is located a few miles outside of downtown Myrtle Beach, S.C., on Highway 15. The trailer park was established in 1970 and has been popularized by the television show “Trailer Park: Welcome to Myrtle Manor.”

Since the television show began airing in March of 2013, the trailer park has become a popular spot for tourists. Myrtle Manor has opened a souvenir shop and draws up to 300 visitors per day. With the actual name being Patrick’s Mobile Home Park, it was established when Cecil Patrick and his wife Barbara purchased a mobile home and a lot. The Patricks added lots to the park one by one, and the park grew to its current size of 120 mobile homes.
