Do you need a projector if you home school?

Although it's not a required item, a projector can be very useful in a home school setting. Paired with a blank, white wall or sheet and hooked up to a computer or tablet, there's no limit to the types of lessons than can be enhanced with a projector.

For visual learners, projectors provide the visual stimulation to help make the lessons easier to understand. If a traditional projector isn't available, there are some mini-projectors that attach to a tablet computer and project images onto any blank, white surface. Projectors make lessons more visually stimulating for students and allow you to project educational videos, photos and other lesson materials for a more interactive learning experience.
