Do you need any tools to use an indoor dryer vent kit?

To use an indoor dryer vent kit, a screwdriver and dryer vent brush is needed. A vacuum cleaner is used to clear out any lint found inside the dryer. The kit comes with an aluminum flex vent, a plastic water reservoir for the lint, two clamps and one mounting ring.

The screwdriver is used to attach the mounting ring on the wall close to the dryer, which holds the water reservoir. The flex vent connects the exhaust vent on the dryer with the water reservoir. The vent brush helps to clear out lint from the exhaust vent and the flexible vent. Indoor dryer vent kits are useful in apartment and condo situations where venting to the outside isn't possible. They are not allowed on gas dryers.
