Why does my new lotion pump not dispense?
By Forinfos - 22/09/2025 - 0 comments
A new lotion pump may not dispense if the tubing has come off of the pump. Lotion can also become hard and cause a clog if it has been stored incorrectly or been exposed to air.
Some lotion pumps can work incorrectly due to being faulty or cheaply made. Sometimes it takes multiple pumping motions to get the lotion into the pump tubing the first time. Also, make sure the pump is in the on position. Many lotion pumps can be closed by pushing down and turning the pump. If the pump doesn't work after checking all of these possibilities, return the lotion, and exchange it for a pump that works.
