As of 2015, there are no mainstream models with dwarfism. However, fashion shows around the world have highlighted people with dwarfism as models for their clothing lines.

The Dwarf Fashion Show has been held in New York, Paris and London. The owner of the show started it in Paris in September 2014, and its New York debut was held in February 2015. These types of fashion shows are usually done to promote and raise awareness about dwarfism and the struggles people with the condition have finding appropriate clothes and shoes. The 2015 Berlin Fashion Week also featured models with dwarfism.
