It invented the first graphics processing unit in 1999 and has been at the forefront of its development from that time through 2014. Nvidia's processors make high-definition computer software and high-powered video games possible. As of 2014, many smartphones utilize Nvidia graphics processing units for their cutting-edge displays, and most movies feature special effects created on Nvidia graphics processing unit software.
