Who is Obama?

The name Obama refers to U.S. President Barack Obama, according to the White House. He is the 44th president, and he won both the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections to serve two terms as president.

As of 2014, President Obama is the fifth-youngest president to take office. He served as a U.S. Senator for one term prior to the election and served in the Illinois State Senate for seven years prior to his election to the U.S. Senate. He attended Harvard Law School, where he was also editor for the legal journal. Currently, President Obama has a wife, Michelle Obama, and two daughters.
