One way to obtain a copy of a GED transcript is through the GED Testing Service. This service is a joint enterprise of the American Council on Education and Pearson Education.

  1. Visit the GED Testing Service website

    Go to GEDtestingservice.com. Click on Get Your Transcript.

  2. Find the GED administrator

    This page contains a list of United States, Canadian, and international GED administrators. Scroll through the list and find the name of the location or venue in which the GED test was administered. Click on the name of that location or venue.

  3. Order the GED transcript

    Follow the instructions given in the link to order a copy of the GED transcript. Most cases require a request form and payment information to be submitted. Then, a copy of the GED transcript will be mailed to the address provided.
