What does the OfficeMax rewards program offer?

The Office Max Rewards program offers 10 percent back on purchases of certain products, such as paper, ink and toner. The program also offers rewards for recycling ink and toner cartridges, special coupons and bonus rewards for members' birthdays, as of 2015.

The Office Max rewards program is also known as the Office Depot rewards program. Membership to the Office Max/Office Depot rewards program is free, and customers can join through OfficeDepot.com, by visiting an Office Max or Office Depot store, or by calling a store directly. All members enjoy access to a personal rewards online account where they can access reward certificates.

Office Max and Office Depot also offer a Choice Member rewards program. To qualify for the Choice Member rewards program, customers must spend at least $200 on qualifying purchases from Office Depot or Office Max within a calendar quarter. Qualifying purchases generally include any purchase except delivery charges, taxes, gift cards, stamps and purchases made with rewards certificates. Perks of the Choice Member program include 5 percent back on five product categories of the member's choice. Choice Member benefits must be used within one quarter, and members must continue to qualify each quarter to continue receiving benefits.
