How does one go to heaven?

Some people believe that one can go to heaven if they are saved by Christ. In order to be saved, people must ask Jesus into their hearts.

People have varying beliefs about what it takes to get into Heaven. The majority of Christians, however, believe that living a Godly life is one of the main factors. This does not mean that the person never commits a sin, but that the person learns from the sins and asks for forgiveness. Some religions believe that it is a person's duty to spread the word of God, and this helps them ascend into heaven.
