Is an online application available for the Tag Mobile Lifeline?

Tag Mobile has an online application for the Lifeline program available at TagMobile.com. The electronic application consists of four steps: coverage check, eligibility check, customer information, and review and submission.

To access the online application from Tag Mobile's main website, click Sign-up under the Lifeline tab or in the main body of the page. Follow the instructions on each page to apply for the service. If the online application is unable to verify eligibility, a customer may provide proof of eligibility to a Tag Agent in person. Lifeline is a federal benefit program that provides a free mobile phone with a free monthly talk and text package to low-income households.
