Is Oovoo video conferencing free to use?

As of 2015, Oovoo's video conferencing service is free to use and is able to connect up to 12 individuals in a video call. The application also allows any users connected to the call to communicate using text and to share pictures, videos or other messages.

Oovoo is available on various types of multimedia devices, including Windows PCs, Android devices, Apple devices, Windows phones and the Amazon Fire phone. The PC version of Oovoo also includes additional functionality where parties connected through a call can watch a YouTube video together and video chat. PC Oovoo users are also able to record an ongoing video call conversation by using the record button inside the application.
