How do you open a case on eBay?

To open a case on eBay, go to the Resolution Center, select the option that fits your situation, select the transaction you have an issue with, and continue through the process based on the specifics of your case.

1. Go to the Resolution Center

   Hover your mouse over Customer Support at the top right of the page, and click the Resolution Center link.

2. Select your reason for opening a case

   Select the reason that best fits your situation from the list of options.

3. Select the transaction in question

   Choose the transaction you are having an issue with, and include details about the problem when prompted. Once your case is open, you can return to the Resolution Center to check the status of the case.
