The Detroit Metro Shuttle Service offers its airport transportation services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as of November 2015. Shuttles are available to and from 15 major airports in the Detroit and Toledo area.

Detroit Shuttle Service drivers are instructed to stay in constant contact with the customer to assure the customer arrives at the destination swiftly and safely. At the airport, a customer can check in with a driver at baggage claim and receive assistance with loading luggage into the cab.
