As of March 2015, Amana refrigerator filters are available online from the company website, Home Depot and Abt. Filters are sold both individually and in multi-packs. Not every vendor carries all filters.

Filters vary by their placement, according to Amana. Some are able to fit in a variety of locations, such as under the sink or behind the refrigerator. With these, placement depends upon the owner's preference. However, certain filters are designed to fit into the appliance's base grille.
