What organ is sweet bread known to help?

Sweetbreads are not known to improve the health of any particular organ. Because they are high in vitamin C, iron, and vitamin B-12, they may be beneficial when treating anemia.
Sweetbreads are cuts of meat from the pancreas and gullet of young cows, pigs and lambs. The high protein and energy content can help build muscle, but, like most organ meat, sweetbreads are very high in fat, calories and cholesterol. Consuming large amounts of saturated fat and calories over time may lead to increased body fat that is detrimental to organ health, and excess cholesterol has been linked to atherosclerosis and heart disease.
