To find the date of the Super Bowl, visit NFL.com and hover the mouse over the Schedules tab. This displays dates for the full NFL season schedule, including the Super Bowl. As of 2015, the next Super Bowl is scheduled to occur on Feb. 7, 2016.

Since 2004, the Super Bowl has always been played on the first Sunday of February. However, the date of the Super Bowl was more fluid between 1967 and 2004. The earliest Super Bowl was played on Jan. 9, 1977, and most Super Bowls have been played in mid-January. However, the Super Bowl gradually moved to later dates because of the NFL's decision to extend its postseason.
