Who owns Max's Restaurant & Cucina?

As of 2014, Henrietta Forystek is the owner of Max's Restaurant & Cucina. She purchased the location in 2002. Henrietta began her association with the restaurant in 1985 as its assistant manager and purchased it after taking college business classes.

Max's Restaurant & Cucina offers separate menus for its morning and evening hours. Between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, the restaurant serves various breakfast and lunch menu items, such as omelettes and waffles. It has a different chef and menu and serves mostly Italian foods during the hours of 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday.
