How do you paint cornhole boards?

To paint cornhole boards, sand the boards, and apply primer. Sand again lightly, and apply at least three layers of paint. Finally, apply a polyurethane top coat.

1. Sand the boards

   Sand the boards to create a smooth surface. Clear the dust generated from sanding with a dry brush, and fill any holes with wood putty. Sand again to smooth the putty, and dust the boards. Apply the primer, and let dry. Sand the boards again lightly, and wipe off the dust.

2. Paint the boards

   Using a paint brush, apply the first layer of paint, and let it dry. Add at least two layers of paint, allowing the paint to dry between the layers for better results.

3. Apply the top coat

   Once the paint is dry, spray the boards with coats of polyurethane as needed. Allow the boards to dry.
