What part of a plant contains pollen grains?

Pollen grains contain three distinct parts: the central cytoplasmic part, the intine and the exine. The central cytoplasmic part is responsible for fertilization. The intine and exine make up the wall of the pollen grain, with the intine being the inner layer and the exine being the outer layer.
