Philadelphia Gas Works customers can pay their bills online via the company's website through either a registered online account or a one-time online payment system. As of 2015, PGW does not charge a fee for online bill payments.

Customers can also pay their bills through other methods, including in-person, by phone or by mail. In-person payments can be made at a PGW Customer Service Center location by using a credit card, money order, check or debit card. The company's website lists a phone number and mailing address for phone and mail payments. The latter can be made by sending a check or money order alongside an account number.
