As of 2014, MetroPCS accepts online payments from all major credit cards provided a customer knows their phone number and zip code. In order to submit a payment, customers must go to the MetroPCS website, click Make a Payment, input the required credit card information and pay.

MetroPCS also accepts debit and credit card payments through their app, MyMetro. Customers can also pay their bills by dialing *99 through the automated system, or dialing 888-8METRO8 for customer service. The most convenient way to pay a MetroPCS bill is to sign up for AutoPay, which debits the amount due from a credit or debit card automatically every month.
