According to Glassdoor.com, InterContinental Hotel Group pays its front desk agents $10.47 per hour, its guest service representatives $9.71 per hour and its sales managers $54,000 per year on average as of 2015. IHG's Merlin intranet system connects all the IGH hotels around the world.

IGH hotel brands include Candlewood Suites, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn, among others. The company is based in the United Kingdom and controls more than 700,000 rooms in nearly 5,000 hotels around the world as of 2015.
