Green Stamps redemption centers ship items from the Rewards catalog by USPS first-class mail within two days of receiving orders. Merchandise arrives within 10 to 15 business days. Package tracking numbers are available under My Account on the program's official website, Greenpoints.com. The redemption center notifies a customer by mail if an item is on back order.
