The general phone number to the Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office and the attached Correctional Center is 757.385.4555. Persons that wish to schedule a visit with an inmate may call 757.385.4493.

Inmates are permitted one 30-minute visitation per week; Trustee and Workforce Inmates are allowed two 45-minute visitations. Visits are permitted seven days a week and must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. All guests must be listed as 'approved visitors' by the inmate prior to scheduling a visit, cites the Sheriff's Office.
