What does a photocopier do?
By Forinfos - 21/03/2026 - 0 comments
A photocopier quickly and easily makes copies of documents. Many photocopier models also collate sheets of paper for multi-page documents and enhance images loaded from files to make copies more readable.
Photocopiers are commonly found in offices that process a lot of paper. They remove the inconvenience of having to make multiple copies of documents for filing and storage. Photocopiers use toner to print copies of files. Modern copiers have password protection features to restrict their use and save paper and toner. Some can also be connected to computers so that they can double as printers. Some can even receive fax messages.
