Where is the best place to park for flight arrivals in Toronto?

The most convenient place to park when picking up passengers at the Toronto Pearson International Airport is the cell phone lot. This short-term parking lot allows drivers to wait in their cars for up to 45 minutes while waiting for passengers to arrive at the pick-up area.

To go into the terminal to wait for passengers to arrive, the Value Park lot and garage allow short-term parking as well. As of 2015, the charge is $3 for every 20 minutes, up to daily maximums of $15 for the lot and $20 for the garage. The lot and garage offer free shuttles to both airport terminals.
