Public records of mugshots in Portland, Oregon, are maintained by the Multnomah County Sheriff's Records Division, which can be contacted by calling (503) 261-2810, as of 2015. People wishing to obtain mugshot records can do so in person at the Justice Center at 1120 Southwest Third Avenue, Room 201, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
The charge for a color copy of a mugshot is $8.50 while a black and white copy costs $6, as of August 2015. Cash, money orders or cashier's checks are accepted. Payments in cash must be in the exact amount.
Fingerprint cards can also be obtained at a charge of $5. Other audiovisual evidence, such as crime scene photographs, audio tapes and video cassettes can also be purchased.
