How do you post on Instagram?

To post on Instagram, tap the blue camera button on the home screen, take a photo or video or choose a photo or video from your library, add a filter and type a caption. Choose which social media accounts to link the post to, and press Share.

1. Click the blue camera button

   Tap the blue camera button at the bottom of your Instagram navigation panel on your home screen.

2. Select a photo or video

   Take a new photo or video, or choose a photo or video that is already in your phone's library.

3. Choose a filter

   Filter options appear at the bottom of the screen. Browse the filters, and select the one that works best with your photo or video.

4. Add a caption

   Click the green checkmark to add details to your photo. Type a caption to post with your photo or video.

5. Share the photo or video

   Choose any additional social networks you want to share your photo on, and click the Share button to post your photo or video.
