The Disney Channel show "Dog With a Blog" is about a family dog who can talk and is the author of an Internet blog. Only the children in the family know of the dog's unusual abilities.

"Dog With a Blog" premiered in 2012, with the pilot episode focusing on two step-siblings who don't get along. Their parents get them a dog, who they name "Stan," in hopes that caring for the animal will help them to bond and learn to get along. The kids soon find out about the dog's ability to talk and write, but they decide to keep it a secret from their parents.
