Wool blend rollers, also called sleeves, allow painters to use a lighter push as they paint, which makes the chance for roller marks minimal. Painting in a zigzag pattern is another way to avoid roller marks when painting. Instead of painting straight up and down, use the roller to paint a sideways "M." Then paint the blank areas in before moving on to an unpainted section.
