Where is Princeton located?

Princeton University is located in Princeton, N.J., in central New Jersey. The campus is seated on 500 acres as of 2014. With public transportation, major urban centers, such as Philadelphia and Trenton to the south, and New York and Newark to the north, can be reached within an hour.

Princeton University is a private Ivy League institution founded in 1746, making it the fourth oldest university in the United States. As of 2014, approximately 8,000 students attend Princeton University in its undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition, more than 1,100 faculty members teach at the university.
