To print the screen on a Mac, take a screenshot by pressing the Command, Shift and the number 3 keys on the keyboard. Open the Preview file on the desktop, then click Print.

  1. Take a screenshot

    Press the Command, Shift and the number 3 keys simultaneously. A camera sound notifies you that the screenshot was taken successfully. Check your desktop for the file.

  2. Open the Preview file

    Double-click on the screenshot file on the desktop. Check that the shot was taken correctly.

  3. Print the screenshot

    Click File on the Preview menu bar. Click Print. Choose your printer and page settings, then click the Print button.
