What is the proper tire pressure for a Harley Davidson?
By Forinfos - 15/05/2025 - 0 comments
Proper tire pressure for a Harley Davidson depends upon the type of tire used. Harley Davidson recommends using only certain tires for specific models of motorcycles. The cold pressure for each tire is listed on a chart on the company's website.
For example, the front tire on Harley's XL 883L SuperLow model should be a Michelin Scorcher "11F" 120/70ZR18 inflated to 36 psi. Pressure for the rear tire, a 120/70ZR18 Scorcher, should be 42 psi. Harley Davidson warns that if its motorcycles do not have properly inflated specified tires, they may fail. In addition, tires must be balanced and undamaged, with adequate tread.
