Does Publix offer catering and deli platters?

Publix offers a wide selection of deli platters appropriate for any size gathering. Full catering services, including service staff and event planning advice, are available in only three locations, all in the state of Florida: Jacksonville, Lakeland and Plantation.

Each Publix location offers a different selection and pricing of deli platters, including traditional sandwich spreads, seafood platters, custom subs, meat and cheese platters, and rotisserie chicken. Breads, pies, cakes and other decadent desserts are available as well. Customers can order these items online with 24 hours of advance notice. Platters can include Boar's Head products or Publix-branded food. Publix Apron Cooking Schools operates the catering service rather than the grocer.
