A Wal-Mart MoneyCard can require a small fee, but can be reloaded with money. A Wal-Mart MoneyCard doesn't require a credit check or bank account and doesn't accrue overdraft fees. Both types of cards are accepted online or in stores worldwide at any Wal-Mart location.
